How long does an order take?
Everything is printed when you order it. Most orders take 3 to 7 business days to make, then a few more days to reach you in the US. You get a tracking e-mail when it ships.
What does shipping cost?
A flat $5 anywhere in the United States, and free on orders of $75 or more.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only for now.
Can I return something?
Each item is made for you, so we do not take returns for size or change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it.
How do the shirts fit?
The tees and hoodies are unisex fits. Each product page has a size table in the description area. If you are between sizes, go up, especially on the garment-dyed tees.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, so you can pay with a major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card number.
Is the blog advice from a doctor or a guide?
No. It is what we have learned by doing these things, and it is for entertainment and general information. Cold water, altitude and hard training all carry real risk, so talk to your doctor and use a qualified guide when it counts.
