This site is run by One Stop Enterprises, LLC, Springboro, Ohio. This page explains what we collect and why. Last updated November 4, 2026.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, shipping and billing address, e-mail, phone if you give it, and what you bought.

• Messages: whatever you send through the contact form.

• Site statistics: pages viewed, approximate location and device type, measured with our own self-hosted Matomo analytics. It is not shared with advertising networks.

• Cookies: the cart and checkout need cookies to work. Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention.

What we do with it

We use it to make and deliver your order, answer you, prevent fraud, keep required tax records and improve the site. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your full card number.

• Printful, our print partner, receives your name and shipping address to make and ship your order.

• Shipping carriers receive your delivery details.

• Authorities if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold by e-mailing sales@one-stop.com. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
