Shipping & Returns

Everything here is printed when you order it. Here is how that works.

Shipping

• Where: United States addresses only for now.

• Cost: a flat $5 per order, and free on orders of $75 or more.

• Time: most items take 3 to 7 business days to print, then a few days in transit. Embroidered hats and busy holiday weeks can take a little longer.

• Tracking: you get an e-mail with tracking when your order ships. Items in one order may ship separately.

Returns and replacements

Each piece is made for you, so we cannot take returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size details on the product page before you order.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, e-mail sales@one-stop.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund, your choice, at no charge.

Canceling an order

Printing starts quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us right away and we will do what we can before it goes to print.

Sales tax

We collect Ohio sales tax on orders shipped to Ohio addresses.
